Barry Moss is Co-Chair of PACE and Managing Director of AVOCET, a specialist risk management consultancy providing sustainability-linked compliance and enterprise services to the aircraft financing and leasing sector.  

For the past ten years, Barry has specialised in EU ETS and CORSIA risk management and compliance.  He has developed considerable insight and expertise in aviation ESG related risks and opportunities for aircraft lessors, banks and other stakeholders. 

Prior to establishing Avocet, Barry worked at HSBC where he led the Group’s Asset Finance and Political Risk Insurance division.
