Education Oxford University – Masters Engineering Science 1983 Oxford University – BA Hons Engineering Science 1982 Biography A career of over 35 years in the aviation industry that has led to my current position as a Marketing Director in Environment and Sustainability at Airbus. Initially joined British Aerospace in the design office as a stress engineer on the development of Airbus programs and was later seconded to Airbus Toulouse to work in the Product Development and New Technologies directorate particularly for the A3XX project, which led to becoming the Structures Technology Manager for the A380 program. In 1999 I transferred to the Marketing division, working with airlines on fleet planning and performance analysis before becoming the Marketing Director for the Leasing Markets Division. 2019 moved to current position in Environment and Sustainability working with customers and industry on the topics of noise and emissions and the decarbonisation roadmap for aviation.
