Dr Keeley Bignal is Deputy Head of the Low Carbon Fuels Division at the UK Department for Transport with specific responsibility for advanced fuels and sustainable aviation fuel policy. She has worked on the development of low carbon fuel policy and legislation for over a decade and has a background as an environmental scientist conducting research into air quality impacts of motor vehicle pollution and biomass combustion.
